We do our best to provide customer satisfaction. In the event you are unhappy with your order, we provide some solutions that can help. If you have any questions about our refund policy, please call our team. We begin preparing your order immediately after we receive it, and we cannot accept cancellations after preparation for your order begins.
If the contents of your order are different from your receipt, please call us at the restaurant as soon as you notice the error. We will make the missing items from your order so you can come and pick up the correct item.
For credit card orders, we will refund the cost of the wrong item and charge the cost of the new item. For cash orders you will be refunded the difference, or asked to pay the difference for the item of greater cost. We ask that you please bring the original food item with you during your refund. Your order will be a priority for us.
If you find that your order is incomplete or missing items, we will work to make this right. Call us as soon as you notice the missing items and if it is during business hours we will immediately begin preparing a new order for you. You may cancel the order at this point if needed, and we will refund the cost of the incomplete items using your original payment method or store credit.
We use the freshest ingredients and your order is crafted with care. We take pride in our food and want to make sure your experience is a great one. If you find your food item unsatisfactory, please call us immediately so we can work with you to make it right. We ask that you return your food in the original containers so a manager can investigate. We will prepare you a new dish as a replacement or refund the original amount to your credit card, by cash or in store credit.
